Free Intro Class


Every Saturday from 9 – 10 am


Come join us for a free intro class every Saturday from 9:00am – 10:00am where we will show you what we do, and what you can expect from a CrossFit workout. This class will be structured very similar to a regular class but will only include very basic movements. From this class, we will be able to recommend the best way for you to get started with CrossFit!
