Weightlifting movements are both highly technical and highly utilized in CrossFit to develop explosiveness, strength, and coordination. CrossFit Waterbury weightlifting club is a supplemental class, which meets once a week (check schedule for times), for members who are interested in improving technique and comfort with weightlifting movements, or to simply share our love for the sport of weightlifting!

Classes will be structured with the same 1 hour length. They will include learning, and training movements to develop, and strengthen lifts. Just like CrossFit classes, our weightlifting club is for beginners and elite level athletes alike.

For those with serious interest in weightlifting, individualized programming is available with a more regimen weekly schedule
